The Engineer PZ-66 Neji-Saurus Screw Removal Locking Pliers (mole grip/locking type) will remove problematic ruined screws quickly and with ease.

These pliers have a unique jaw groove and lip design, which allows you to firmly grip a screw and simply twist it out with ease (normal pliers would just slip off).
