Layer Case for Pineboards HATs

We recently listed the entire Pineboards HAT range for Raspberry Pi 5, however we quickly realised that none of our existing Raspberry Pi 5 cases worked with the bottom-mounted boards.

We created this layer case to solve that problem, following the positive feedback we received from our M.2 HAT+ Layer Case.

We used the same glass-look Perspex sandwich approach, with a wide range of fixings included (along with spares!) to make it compatible with most Pineboards add-on boards (and the Pimoroni NVMe Base/Duo too!).

Once assembled, the simple design with glass-look finish is subtle yet kinda posh-looking, and offers an element of protection both under and on top of your board setup. We even include a set of rubber feet to keep it steady on your desk.

Supported HATs

The case currently accommodates the following boards by assembling the case with the different included standoffs - please see the assembly guide for instructions. Other boards may fit, but there are all of the HATs we've assembled and tested.
