Proto Breakout for ESP8266
The Proto Breakout for the ESP8266 is designed to fit an ESP8266 SMT module with a prototyping area for additional components, connectors, or sensors. Ideal for one-off projects that need an easy enclosure and mounting solution!
The board breaks out every pin from the ESP-12E to an easily accessible pin. This breakout does not include the ESP8266, which can be purchased separately here: ESP8266 SMT Module. The prototyping area is standard 2.54mm (0.100”) pitch and measures 15 x 8 pins. A separate row of 10 additional pins is located between the bottom mounting holes for connectors or headers.
The breakout board is sized to fit directly in a Hammond 1591LFLBK Small Enclosure. Perfect for making a clean, enclosed control box (enclosure sold separately, please check our range of Hammond enclosures for availability).
