This official desktop kit is the best way to get started with the Raspberry Pi 500+, including the main unit and all the official Raspberry Pi accessories you need to get up and running. All you need to add is a monitor, and you're ready to go!

Raspberry Pi 500+ is a premium computer built into a high-quality mechanical keyboard. Powered by the same quad-core 64-bit ARM processor and RP1 I/O controller found in Raspberry Pi 5, Raspberry Pi 500+ features 16GB RAM and a pre-installed 256GB Raspberry Pi SSD. The keyboard uses Clicky Gateron KS-33 Blue mechanical keyboard switches and ergonomic low-profile keycaps, and has individually addressable backlight RGB LEDs.

An integrated one-piece aluminium heatsink provides improved thermal performance, ensuring your Pi 500+ will have no problem under load or displaying dual 4K display output.

Tools are included for opening the case, allowing you to replace the SSD and/or swap out the default keycaps. Instructions are available over on Raspberry Pi's documentation website.

We also stock the Raspberry Pi 500+ unit on its own, allowing you to use your existing accessories and peripherals.

• Raspberry Pi 500+ is longer and taller than the original Raspberry Pi 500.
  • Most existing protective sleeves designed for Pi400/500 will not fit.
