Suptronics X1301 HDMI to CSI-2 Bridge
The SupTronics X1301 HDMI to CSI-2 Bridge with I2S for Raspberry Pi supports HDMI input and pass-through up to 1080p60, with audio routed over I2S. Features an active HDMI splitter for simultaneous capture and display.
The SupTronics X1301 is an HDMI to CSI-2 bridge with I2S audio interface for Raspberry Pi 5, 4 and 3B+/3. It is equipped with the Toshiba TC358743XBG bridge chip and a one-to-two active HDMI splitter chip, enabling support for HDMI input and HDMI Pass-Through up to 1080P at a refresh rate of 60 fps.
With the HDMI Pass-Through feature, you can seamlessly output the HDMI signal (audio/video) from various source devices such as a Blu-ray Disc player, cable box, or satellite receiver to a TV or projector for local monitoring, even when the Raspberry Pi is in standby mode.
The board also enables HDMI audio input and transmission over I2S.
Note: The Raspberry Pi 4B, 3B+, and 3B do not support the HAT+ STANDBY power state, which means they cannot automatically turn off the X1301 when the Pi shuts down.
Raspberry Pi and Active Cooler not included

- Digital media adapters: HDMI to CSI adapters allow HDMI cameras to function like standard Raspberry Pi CSI cameras for processing HDMI input
- Smart monitors: Accept HDMI video streams and integrate them into display systems via CSI
- Set-top boxes (STBs): Handle video input from various HDMI sources efficiently through CSI conversion
- Smart TVs: Enable features like picture-in-picture or video conferencing by processing HDMI input with HDMI to CSI bridges
- Entertainment screens: Ensure compatibility with HDMI sources such as gaming consoles and streaming devices
- KVM over IP: Raspberry Pi-based IP-KVM solutions use HDMI to CSI to capture full HD video with low latency and H.264 encoding
HDMI to CSI adapters are especially useful for integrating HDMI cameras with Raspberry Pi boards, providing a seamless way to handle HDMI video streams in diverse applications.
