Aeotec Zigbee Motion Sensor

The Aeotec Zigbee Motion Sensor fits seamlessly into your home thanks to its compact size, and also includes a built-in temperature sensor! In combination with your Zigbee-enabled Home Automation system, you can set alerts and automation for when motion is detected or the temperature is a certain level.

Use the Aeotec Motion Sensor for a comfortable return home - turn on your smart lighting based on motion detection when you enter your hallway, for example. You can save energy just as easily by setting a corresponding rule - turn off lighting, heating and other devices automatically if no movement is detected for a certain period of time.

It's even useful for security, triggering lighting, sirens and notifications within specific hours to keep your home secure.

With the built-in temperature sensor, you'll always know when the temperature in your home changes. See the temperature in real-time with your home automation system, and use your air conditioning, heating and other smart devices to create a comfortable atmosphere in your home.

A magnetic ball mount is included for setting the sensor at the perfect angle for your desired detection area/zone.

Requires a Zigbee-enabled home automation system or hub, such as a Raspberry Pi running Home Assistant, combined with a Zi-Stick USB Zigbee 3.0 gateway.
