Arducam 2MP IMX462 Day/IR Night Vision USB UVC Camera with Metal Case
An IMX462 1080p USB camera with automatic night vision and built-in infrared LEDs. It’s UVC plug-and-play over USB, works with Raspberry Pi, has a built-in mic for audio, and switches automatically between day/night mode.
The Arducam IMX462 Day & Night USB Camera is built for clear imaging in all lighting conditions, from full daylight to pitch black. At the heart of the camera is Sony’s IMX462 Starvis CMOS sensor, paired with a wide-aperture M12 lens that captures sharp, vibrant footage with a 95° diagonal field of view. It's UVC too, which means it'll work with a Raspberry Pi plug n' play like a webcam!
In daylight, it outputs full-colour 1080p video at 30fps. At night, a photosensitive resistor detects low light and automatically switches to infrared mode, activating six 940nm IR LEDs and using a dual-pass 940@650nm filter for detailed black-and-white night vision with a range of up to 3 metres.
This USB 2.0 camera is truly plug-and-play — no drivers required. It outputs in MJPG, YUY2 or H.264, with resolutions up to 1920×1080, and supports both Windows and Linux. Manual focus gives you full control over your image, while onboard UVC controls let you fine-tune settings such as white balance, exposure, gamma, saturation and more. The 32mm x 32mm camera module is compact but fully featured, including a built-in microphone for audio.
A 1-metre USB cable and quick-start guide are included in the box.
