7.5" Four-Colour ePaper Display (H) with Driver HAT for Raspberry Pi

7.5" Four-Colour ePaper Display (H) with Driver HAT for Raspberry Pi
This big ol' panel-o-paper is a 7.5" 800x480 ePaper display which supports four colours - red, yellow, black and white! It comes with a driver HAT for your Raspberry Pi along with some demo programs in C and Python for coding inspiration.
ePaper /displays are designed to replicate the appearance of ink on paper. Unlike regular displays, which lose their image when power is removed, ePaper displays are able to hold text and images indefinitely, even without power. ePaper screens are therefore ultra-low power, designed to have a wide viewing angle and additionally have limited reflection under sunlight.
This particular 7.5" panel offers 170° viewing angles, an 800x480 resolution, four-colour support and a 22-second refresh time. Partial refresh is not supported (Waveshare don't mention this anywhere in their documentation).
The HAT also includes a 9-pin connector to use with the included cable assembly, to allow you to use this with other development boards. Arduino, ESP, STM and Jetson Nano examples are provided in the wiki. The onboard voltage translator allows it to be used with 3.3V or 5V MCUs.
Raspberry Pi not included.
