Case for Raspberry Pi 5 and Active Cooler

We wanted a case that really showed off the guts of our Raspberry Pi 5 and Active Cooler setup. Sure we have some great Raspberry Pi 5 cases on offer, but none of them let us see all the juicy hardware as we wanted. So we fired up the laser machine...

**Raspberry Pi 5 and Active Cooler not included**

This is our very own case for the Raspberry Pi 5 and Active Cooler, designed and manufactured right here in our UK warehouse. We took everything we learnt from our previous laser-cut Raspberry Pi cases and added some improvements whilst we were a it.

Ventilation and port access was our main priority, with cut-outs to accommodate the Active Cooler's airflow, as well as SD, power button and all-other port access. We also added new slots to pass cables just under the lid - great for GPIO jumper wires, UART cables from your Debug Probe, RTC battery wires and camera or display cables. Rubber feet are also included.

Currently available in all-clear or matt black with a glass-look top - swish!

Thermal Performance

We ran a stress test of the Raspberry Pi 5 using this case (with Active Cooler) in our office environment (23°) to check thermal performance - the temperature maxed out at around 68°, far from the CPU throttling temperature.

Your mileage may vary depending on your local ambient temperature and use-case of course - however we don't see many projects working the Pi 5 any harder than the stress test!
